چکیده
Abstract Staphylococcal enterotoxins (SE) are essential in human and animal infection food poisoning. This study analyzed ten genes ( sek, sel, sem, sen, seo, sep, seq, ser, ses , set ) encoding new staphylococcal enterotoxin isolated from animals humans by multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR). In Yogyakarta, Indonesia, samples cases (174 isolates), cattle (5 goats isolates) resulted a total of 183 Staphylococcus aureus isolates.. All isolates were confirmed to be based on bacterial culture biochemistry as well identification 23S rRNA. The sel gene was most often observed (4 isolates, 80%), followed the 20% sek gene. Isolates cattle, found 44% 22%, sep 22% ser 11%. with sem (38 21% genes, 14% 13% 8% sen 2% genes. frequently included gene, whereas those contained Detecting type SE among indicates public health threat due infection. occurrence this might used an approach for controlling infections poisoning diseases.

Detection of Gene Encoding Enterotoxin A in Staphylococcus aureus Isolated from Cream Pastries
Background: Staphylococcus aureus has always been known as an important kind of bacteria causing food poisoning. This study was carried out to determine S. aureus contamination in cream pastries collected from popular confectioneries in Hamedan, Iran; also, presence of the gene encoding Staphylococcal Enterotoxin A (SEA) was studied in the isolates. Methods: During April to October 2014 (as ho...
متن کاملDetection of Classic Enterotoxin Genes and Coagulase Gene Typing of Staphylococcus Aureus Isolated from Raw Cow Milk in Isfahan
Background and Aims: Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) is considered as one of the most dangerous pathogenic bacteria due to the production of extracellular toxins. The objective of this study was to determine the prevalence of S. aureus and to characterize the recovered strains for their enterotoxin-producing genes in raw cow milk. Materials and Methods: During 9 months duration of the s...

Abstract Background and Objective: The main cause of spreading staphylococcal infections among patients is the healthy carriers working in hospitals. With the secretion of different sorts of toxins such as entrotoxin, this bacteria can provide the conditions for attacking on the host. The main objective of this study is identification of the characteristics and differences in the Staphylococc...

The present study was aimed to identify the frequency of coagulase (Coa) and thermonuclease (Nuc) genes and Staphylococcal enterotoxin A (Sea) production among Staphylococcus aureus isolated from various sources in Shiraz. Moreover, the correlation between the Sea gene and coagulase and thermonuclease enzymes is also considered. A total of 100 S. aureus were isolated from various sources includ...
متن کاملEnterotoxin gene profiles among Staphylococcus aureus isolated from raw milk
Milk is considered a nutritious food because it contains several important nutrients including proteins and vitamins. Conversely, it can be a vehicle for several pathogenic bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus. This study aimed to analyze the frequency of genes encoding the nine Staphylococcal enterotoxins (SEs) and enterotoxin gene profiles in S. aureus isolates derived from raw bovine milk....
